- 2 large eggs
- White chocolate chips, melted, for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a muffin tin with mini muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

- 2 medium radishes
- 2 medium red bell peppers
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2 medium yellow bell peppers
- Ranch or hummus dip, store-bought or homemade
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the vegetables.
- Cut the carrots, radishes, red bell peppers, cucumbers, and yellow bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
